What you will do

• Design medium and low voltage systems, including distribution, lighting, power, and fire alarms.
• Develop electrical and lighting system calculations and controls.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation using Revit.
• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure strict code compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, clients, and regulatory officials.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct site investigations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of design experience as a designer or registered engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA standards.
• Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Richmond, VA.
