Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline projects from initial programming through to final closeout.
• Deliver coordinated discipline designs, including layouts, calculations, and specifications.
• Mentor Designers and Associates through hands-on guidance, reviews, and structured feedback.
• Contribute to the improvement of firm-wide standards, tools, and workflows via GitHub Pull Requests.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and support technical narratives for project pursuits.
• Collaborate with Project and Group Leads to align on scope, sequencing, and coordination strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and cross-discipline coordination.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: RCDD (Telecom/ICT) or CDT.
• Additional certifications: CCNA, EIT, PE, or PMP.
