Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Must spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Manage fund launches, liquidations, mergers, and rationalisations across EMEA product ranges.
• Coordinate product initiatives with a focus on technical end-to-end enterprise knowledge across Front, Middle, and Back office.
• Project manage product initiatives from concept through implementation with business partners.
• Contribute to all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle, focusing on technical and regulatory business case inputs.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA product strategy from an implementation and feasibility perspective.
• Manage risks and expectations, escalating potential delays or issues to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the investment management sector or financial services industry in a product function.
• Significant experience in product implementation within a financial services organization.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and the end-to-end investment manager ecosystem.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with third-party data/administration providers.
• University degree or equivalent; CFA certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative leadership skills.
