What you will do

• Collaborate daily with design and engineering to build and ship product features while maintaining long-term vision.
• Define and drive AI-powered E-Billing roadmap from discovery to impact measurement.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, and ML capabilities, partnering with engineers and data scientists on evaluation, quality, and iteration.
• Conduct weekly customer talks and continuous discovery with design.
• Prioritize product backlog based on customer impact and market context.
• Drive learning through quantitative and qualitative metrics, adapting product strategy.
• Partner with support, success, sales, and marketing to align product with business evolution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in product management for software, preferably B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered products, understanding full AI lifecycle
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or ML systems for informed decisions
• Experience interviewing customers and using analytics for insights
• Interest in legal, finance, or productivity software
• Positive, curious mindset in ambiguity; highly collaborative and outcome-driven

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or AI evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles like explainability and bias detection
• Background in legal tech, legal operations, or enterprise workflow automation
