What you will do

• Design and develop a powerful, scalable, and efficient platform to enable large-scale quantitative research.
• Write production-quality Python code for high-performance applications on Linux.
• Architect and build large-scale distributed systems to support firm-wide growth.
• Collaborate with researchers to design, code, test, and deploy firm-wide platforms and tooling.
• Develop backtesting platforms and integrate machine learning and deep learning capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience writing production-quality Python code on Linux.
• Proven ability to design and develop large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency patterns.
• Solid understanding of Linux system programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn C++ (prior experience is a strong plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with systems for managing and performing computation on large-scale graph data.
