Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Agent Exprience (Go)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services in Go to improve availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
• Explore architectures for high-scale, high-performance distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, capacity planning, performance analysis, tuning, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product, experience, and infrastructure teams to define features and scale backend services.
• Investigate root causes, debug production incidents, and participate in on-call support.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and interview support.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, system performance, and scaling.
• Experience running large-scale web services; knowledge of systems internals and networking is beneficial.
• Proficient English communication.
• Strong coding experience in any language and willingness to work with Go.
