Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Ha Noi, Hà Nội, Vietnam

The role contributes to a platform for KYC and investigation purposes.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, release, and operate the KYC and investigation platform.
• Own major initiatives end-to-end, from clarifying requirements and proposing solutions to production operation.
• Provide technical direction, task breakdowns, estimations, code reviews, mentoring, and onboarding for Junior Engineers.
• Build event-driven systems with queues and asynchronous processing in collaboration with the Architecture team.
• Troubleshoot defects, production incidents, performance issues, and technical debt using C#/.NET Core, TypeScript, and React.
• Ensure testing, observability, security, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code for application-related AWS infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of Software Engineering experience, including 1–2 years leading or mentoring Junior Engineers.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core, TypeScript, React, MS SQL Server, and relational database design.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, queues, asynchronous processing, and failure modes.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience owning initiatives from scoping to release, with a production mindset around testing, observability, security, and CI/CD.
• Strong product mindset, communication skills, Git proficiency, collaborative development experience, and knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
• Experience with MongoDB, DocumentDB, or DynamoDB.
