What you will do

• Lead all aspects of professional services delivery, including implementation and managed services for strategic accounts.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Build and scale a high-performing, client-focused delivery team.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and success metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Act as the primary delivery partner for client executives to guide priorities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align the roadmap with client needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, program delivery, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong executive presence and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the life and annuity insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel to clients every 6-8 weeks.
