Location: Remote - US. Traditional office environment with possible hybrid or fully remote schedule.
Salary: $128,300 - $200,500 annually

What you will do
- Oversee and mentor a team of technical writers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Lead development of scientific documentation like user manuals, product specs, white papers, and case studies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create brochures, blogs, and website content aligned with brand goals.
- Establish quality standards ensuring accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
- Work with R&D, product management, scientific support, and sales to gather info and create user-friendly content.
- Implement best practices for technical writing processes and provide team training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Communications (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years in technical writing, preferably in life sciences or diagnostics.
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Strong scientific knowledge and ability to simplify complex info.
- Experience with customer-facing and marketing content.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with life sciences regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.
