What you will do

• Oversee and mentor a team of technical writers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Lead development of scientific documentation like user manuals, product specs, white papers, and case studies.
• Collaborate with marketing to create brochures, blogs, and website content aligned with brand goals.
• Establish quality standards ensuring accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
• Work with R&D, product management, scientific support, and sales to gather info and create user-friendly content.
• Implement best practices for technical writing processes and provide team training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Communications (advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years in technical writing, preferably in life sciences or diagnostics.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong scientific knowledge and ability to simplify complex info.
• Experience with customer-facing and marketing content.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
