What you will do

• Author exhaustive technical documentation, release notes, and API guides for administrators, operators, and business consultants.
• Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and QA to gather information and produce high-quality content.
• Lead software implementation projects for the Professional Services department, ensuring SME review and sign-off.
• Plan and execute documentation updates based on the product release calendar to ensure timely publication.
• Enrich documentation with flowcharts, screenshots, and video tutorials to improve user experience.
• Mentor junior colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer within a software development environment.
• Fluency in English (preferably supported by a certificate).
• Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum workflows.
• A systematic approach to learning and documenting complex business applications.

Nice to have

• Basic coding or scripting skills, including PL/SQL knowledge.
• Experience documenting REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with ML/AI tools for content creation and curation.
• Previous professional experience in the insurance or fintech domains.
