What you will do
- Author exhaustive technical documentation, release notes, and API guides for administrators, operators, and business consultants.
- Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and QA to gather information and produce high-quality content.
- Lead software implementation projects for the Professional Services department, ensuring SME review and sign-off.
- Plan and execute documentation updates based on the product release calendar to ensure timely publication.
- Enrich documentation with flowcharts, screenshots, and video tutorials to improve user experience.
- Mentor junior colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer within a software development environment.
- Fluency in English (preferably supported by a certificate).
- Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum workflows.
- A systematic approach to learning and documenting complex business applications.
Nice to have
- Basic coding or scripting skills, including PL/SQL knowledge.
- Experience documenting REST and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with ML/AI tools for content creation and curation.
- Previous professional experience in the insurance or fintech domains.
