What you will do

• Utilize custom AI assistants to generate and iterate first-draft documentation based on technical specs.
• Apply clinical or RCM expertise to ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, and usability for therapy practices.
• Author, format, and publish articles in the WYSIWYG Knowledge Management System.
• Collaborate with Product Managers in agile sprints to validate clinical logic and fill documentation gaps.
• Maintain sprint velocity to resolve high-priority backlog and reduce it by 70%+.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Style Guide and formatting standards for consistency across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years EMR/EHR experience with deep clinical or RCM workflows and regulations
• 3+ years professional technical writing, ideally in SaaS/software
• High comfort with AI tools like Gemini/ChatGPT for drafting/editing
• Portfolio of clear, concise user documentation samples
• Familiarity with modern KMS as end user
• Agile experience with 2-week sprint bias for action

Nice to have

• Hands-on clinical or RCM experience in rehab therapy
• Enterprise software support, ideally EMR/EHR as technical writer
• KMS experience as content author/administrator
