What you will do

• Own performance and sustainment of repair production lines for a segment of the product portfolio.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
• Drive data-driven decision making through analysis of repair, test, and quality data.
• Lead root cause investigations for field and depot failures and implement corrective/preventative actions.
• Collaborate with Test Development Engineering to define requirements and deploy efficient test solutions.
• Standardize service processes across international offices and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced electro-mechanical assembly and functional test environment.
• Experience in a medical device or other highly regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Background in product structure, BOMs, and MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex medical equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with MES such as Camstar.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW programming or ISO 9000.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
