What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers to structure and execute complex RFPs across various spend categories.
- Provide hands-on guidance on e-auctions, bid sheet design, and scenario analysis to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver product demos and conduct training for new users during sales cycles.
- Develop best practice use cases and success stories to drive platform adoption and expansion.
- Translate customer feedback and real-world sourcing challenges into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless solution execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or B2B SaaS platforms focused on procurement.
- Hands-on experience running RFPs, e-auctions, or scenario-based sourcing events.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to work with complex enterprise data models.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and communicating pragmatic recommendations.
- Must be based in the United States.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
