Location: Belcamp, Maryland, USA. Remote work available, but may require occasional in-person work at Booz Allen or customer facilities. TS/SCI clearance required.

Salary: $86,900 – $198,000 (annualized USD)

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams to design, develop, and evolve RF systems for DoD customers.
• Conduct EMC analyses for spectrum-dependent systems.
• Design and execute test plans for tactical radio systems like SBU-E and High-Assurance radios, focusing on interoperability, security, and performance.
• Translate mission needs into technical specifications and integrate advanced technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of RF engineering experience
• 2+ years conducting EMC analyses for DoD systems
• Experience leading test plans for tactical radios (SBU-E, High-Assurance) in EW environments
• Knowledge of tactical radios (Silvus, Persistent Systems, L3Harris, Thales) and waveforms (TSM, WREN, SATURN)
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or electronics engineering

• Experience with 4G/5G in tactical environments
• MATLAB, Python for RF simulation
• Systems Tool Kit (STK), Visualyse, Builder, EDX Signal Pro
• NTIA Redbook knowledge
• Radio communication protocols and pLEO (Starshield, SDA)
