Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead pricing, commission, and rebate discussions to support revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for distributors.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with company roadmap and priorities.
  • Drive sales enablement and certification programs for distributors and channel partners.
  • Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance against objectives.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relationship sales management experience within IT or Telecommunications.
  • 10–15 years in strategic selling environments via distribution or Tier 2 channel partners.
  • Proven track record in achieving growth through channel strategies and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing executive-level relationships.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business discipline.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Macquarie Park, NSW
