TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle and expanding business across the APAC region with an accent on mid-market account acquisition and C-suite relationship management. Focus on building a sustainable pipeline, iterating on sales motions, and executing consultative solution sales to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewing deals across APAC.
  • Scale the Mid-Market segment (500-3,000 employees) by landing and expanding new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional value.
  • Iterate on sales motions and provide customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in complex consultative solution sales and consistently closing large deals.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia to comply with the hybrid office requirement (Anchor Days: Mon, Tue, Thu).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a builder mentality.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early sales or GTM hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the AI solutions landscape.
  • Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
