TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle and expanding business across the APAC region with an accent on mid-market account acquisition and C-suite relationship management. Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia (Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewing deals across APAC.
- Scale the Mid-Market segment (500-3,000 employees) by landing and expanding new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional value.
- Iterate on sales motions and provide customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in complex consultative solution sales and consistently closing large deals.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia to comply with the hybrid office requirement (Anchor Days: Mon, Tue, Thu).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a builder mentality.

- Experience as an early sales or GTM hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the AI solutions landscape.
- Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
