Location: Must be based in Australia (focus on NSW and QLD)

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise customers to identify expansion and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and VP executives as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and engage new teams, departments, and high-value use cases within existing accounts.
- Lead complex sales cycles from qualification and value articulation to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure account health and drive product adoption.
- Develop 's brand within state government through events and industry partnerships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying Account Management or Executive roles within SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in new business acquisition and account growth.
- Experience managing the full customer lifecycle with deals typically in the $50k-$150k+ ACV range.
- Strong ability to communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with CS, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
