What you will do

  • Lead strategic customer relationships and executive engagement for the contact centre managed services portfolio.
  • Drive 24x7 operational excellence across a global team of approximately 40 technical specialists.
  • Oversee support for Enterprise and Business clients, including the Federal Government, in multi-vendor environments.
  • Manage service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and service levels.
  • Promote industry-standard methodologies, automation, and continuous service improvements.
  • Drive market growth through service differentiation and innovative service offerings.

Requirements

  • Full Australian Citizenship is mandatory due to security requirements.
  • Minimum 15 years of management experience in ICT or Telecommunications industries within an Enterprise service delivery context.
  • Proven experience managing 24x7 operations across multiple global locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex contracts and customer expectations.
  • Resilience and problem-solving agility in complex, high-pressure environments.
