What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales team to manage customer relationships, quotations, tenders, and contracts.
  • Handle end-to-end customer orders, including SAP processing, pricing, and complaint management.
  • Support export operations by managing customs requirements and coordinating with freight forwarders.
  • Maintain efficient communication with customers regarding service offerings and performance standards.
  • Liaise with Commercial Managers and internal stakeholders to address customer priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce waste.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent graduate.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and maintain harmonious working relationships.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth within sales developments.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle disruption.
  • Excellent general problem-solving skills.
