What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between operations and customers to provide project status and updates.
• Generate structured technical reports by incorporating raw data and pictures provided by lab personnel.
• Manage report revisions and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
• Provide high-quality service to external customers and internal teams.
• Perform occasional administrative and support duties within the lab and office.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer representation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strict requirement: U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR export controls.
