Salary: $27.00 – $36.00 per hour

What you will do
- Coordinate early-career talent programs, including interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications.
- Plan and execute training and event logistics for workshops, webinars, and coaching calls.
- Lead monthly check-in calls with new advisors and maintain activity records in the CRM.
- Manage department shared drives and intranet pages to ensure materials are current and accessible.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track metrics for leadership.
- Create content for the Wealth Management Summer Internship Program and advisor training curriculum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or financial services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain regular attendance in the specified office locations.
- Ability to travel and work overtime as required.
