What you will do

  • Manage the quality execution of search engagements, serving as the primary administrative point of contact for key clients.
  • Coordinate complex global schedules, including internal meetings and C-level candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Perform candidate research, background checks, reference checks, and generate benchmarking reports.
  • Create and edit business development materials, including PowerPoint presentations and experience lists.
  • Manage financial administration, including expense reporting, AMEX reconciliation, and billing invoice oversight.
  • Ensure database integrity by maintaining timely updates in Salesforce, PSA, and Searcher systems.

Requirements

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with daily interaction with high-level, C-Suite executives.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload with multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • High degree of personal maturity and business acumen for confident decision-making.
