TL;DR

Project Coordinator II (IT Infrastructure): Plan and coordinate internal projects involving network, server implementations, upgrades, and PC deployments with an accent on maintaining schedules, tracking expenditures, and stakeholder communication. Focus on monitoring ticketing systems, producing reports, identifying issues, and process improvements.

Location: Remote from TX or FL, requires both office and remote commitments, flexibility to adjust hours for regional teams.

Salary Range $21.27 - $33.58 USD (Hourly)

What you will do

  • Gather and maintain project requirements, schedules, and updates.
  • Coordinate project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and action follow-ups.
  • Monitor ticketing systems, reassign tickets, and produce regular reports.
  • Identify issues, trends, and process improvements, escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and assist project managers with metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent + 2-5 years related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, ticketing/project management systems.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently or in teams.
  • Flexibility for office and remote work, occasional hour adjustments for regional colleagues.
  • Proactive attitude, judgment within procedures, confidentiality.
