What you will do

  • Drive product engagement and net credit sales through consultative outbound phone and video outreach to health and wellness providers.
  • Educate providers on financial solutions, compliance requirements, and best practices for product adoption.
  • Manage a dedicated territory's book of business, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic action plans.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding, product training, and performance reviews to ensure client readiness.
  • Document all provider interactions and pipeline progress accurately within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in Sales, Account Management, or Collections.
  • Minimum 1 year of established professional experience in a sales-related role.
  • Proven ability to manage a book of business and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Must have a wired internet connection of at least 30 mbps.
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup and shifting schedules.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM/BI systems, specifically Salesforce or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of financial products or services.
  • Experience conducting video-based sales meetings and trainings.
