What you will do

• Collect KYC documents and service agreements from clients immediately after a sale is closed.
• Review submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness to prevent onboarding delays.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales and onboarding teams to track account status.
• Maintain updated CRM records to provide the sales team with real-time visibility on progress.
• Perform professional follow-ups with clients to retrieve missing information or clarify requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong potential and a positive attitude.
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify discrepancies independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Must be based in or able to work in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
