TL;DR

What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets for New Recurring Revenue, Renewal Recurring Revenue, and Consulting Services in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and comprehensive account plans for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong C-suite relationships to drive expansion, growth, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for software subscriptions and associated consulting services.
- Lead complex deal cycles including contract negotiations and multi-stakeholder alignment for enterprise corporations.
- Collaborate with regional partners, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and value realization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-touch IT solutions sales specifically for Singapore and Philippines customers.
- 5+ years of experience selling database solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong professional network across the Singapore and Philippines banking, insurance, and fintech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of landing new logos and maximizing customer expansion in high-growth organizations.
- Experience with subscription-based models and collaborating with System Integrators and partners.
- Graduate degree is required.

- Experience in disruptive market approaches selling infrastructure software that displaces older technologies.
