What you will do
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email using Apollo sequences.
- Pre-qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
- Book verified, high-quality appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and conversations within CRM tools.
- Provide feedback on prospect responses to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Manage appointment follow-ups and handle rescheduling to ensure high attendance rates.
Requirements
- Proven track record in cold calling or SDR roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English for confident engagement with U.S. business owners and executives.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship building.
- Ability to follow playbooks, scripts, and training guidelines with discipline.
- Proficiency with Apollo, CRM systems, and various communication tools.
Nice to have
- Experience selling performance digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, or Meta ads.
- Background in Google services or website design.
- Prior use of HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Slack.
