TL;DR

Location: Remote, must be based in the Philippines. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm MST.

What you will do

  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email using Apollo sequences.
  • Pre-qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
  • Book verified, high-quality appointments for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and conversations within CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback on prospect responses to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Manage appointment follow-ups and handle rescheduling to ensure high attendance rates.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling or SDR roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for confident engagement with U.S. business owners and executives.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship building.
  • Ability to follow playbooks, scripts, and training guidelines with discipline.
  • Proficiency with Apollo, CRM systems, and various communication tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling performance digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, or Meta ads.
  • Background in Google services or website design.
  • Prior use of HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Slack.
