TL;DR
Data Solutions Engineer (Healthcare Data): Articulate and champion ’s approach to data, quality, and algorithms driving business results for MedTech customers with an accent on customer-facing interactions across pre- and post-sales. Focus on demonstrating data products, overcoming data hurdles, defining business requirements, and collaborating with sales and product teams.
Location: Boston or Remote (Must have an eligible work permit in the USA)
OTE salary range: $150,000-$300,000

What you will do
- Demonstrate and explain ’s core data, quality, and algorithms to prospects.
- Articulate how data products support business cases and critical functionality.
- Collaborate with prospects and customers to define data-related business requirements.
- Serve as primary contact for data questions and maintain platform expertise.
- Work with sales, product, and implementations teams on data challenges and targeting strategies using healthcare data like medical claims.
- Interface with product and marketing to refine messaging and roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years as healthcare data subject matter expert (consultant, sales engineer, account executive, or similar customer-facing role)
- Deep understanding of medical claims and other healthcare data
- Passion for using data and algorithms for MedTech commercial effectiveness
- Excellent ability to craft and deliver tailored technical sales presentations
- Executive-level communication skills for complex data and software concepts
- High empathy and interpersonal skills for teaching data
Nice to have
- Experience managing/selling enterprise SaaS, healthcare data, or consulting projects
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or similar BI tools
- Proficiency in SQL for healthcare datasets
