What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting priorities and guiding execution
• Build and evolve client reporting to highlight what's working and areas for improvement
• Partner with Product, Client Success, and Wellbeing teams to turn data into decisions
• Analyze complex health datasets using SQL and Python, applying statistical methods
• Design evaluations for programs and measure impact through actionable insights
• Communicate findings clearly and manage ad hoc requests while maintaining priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics, health tech, or medical economics
• At least 2 years leading a team
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• Ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Experience presenting data to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record managing and developing analysts
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with health data models and program evaluation (e.g., propensity scoring)
• Familiarity with Snowflake, MicroStrategy, or DataRobot
• Exposure to AI/ML, predictive modeling
• Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, CMS)
• Experience in population health or employer-sponsored plans
