Salary: $191,000 – $265,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end analytics roadmaps to build and prioritize Servicing product and Operations roadmaps.
  • Partner with product, operations, commercial, and engineering teams to define critical metrics, data instrumentation, and experimentation.
  • Translate analytical outcomes into compelling narratives and presentations for leadership.
  • Build meaningful dashboards and forecasts to determine resource investment for maximum impact.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-performing delivery of business-driving work.
  • Implement automation and best practices to improve overall team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven ability in an analytical role.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing small teams of analysts.
  • Proficiency in SQL for pulling and joining large data sets.
  • Experience performing analysis using Python, R, Notebooks, or Excel.
  • Ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into tangible steps and impactful solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
