TL;DR
VP, H&W Marketing Operations Enablement: Own Health & Wellness Marketing's operating system by designing, standardizing, and continuously improving workflows with an accent on intake, prioritization, capacity planning, governance, and execution visibility. Focus on process mapping, change management, campaign visualization, and leveraging MarTech/AI innovations to streamline operations and accelerate speed-to-market.
Location: Stamford, CT. Hybrid: option to work from home near Hubs but required to commute to nearest Hub (virtual or physical) for in-person engagement, meetings, training, and events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship.
Salary: 110,000 - 185,000 USD Annual (eligible for bonus; adjusted for CA, NY Metro, Seattle)

What you will do
- Establish standards, governance, and continuous improvement for intake, prioritization, planning, and execution visibility in partnership with Marketing Leadership.
- Design and implement operating model including decision rights, cadences, and documentation to reduce duplication and improve clarity.
- Lead change management, stakeholder socialization, training, and adoption of new processes.
- Run intake and prioritization engine with guidelines, completeness standards, and criteria.
- Drive standardization of operational artifacts like briefs, templates, and materials.
- Develop and maintain campaign calendars for visualization and optimization; map workflows, identify friction, and implement improvements via simplification, automation, and handoffs.
- Leverage MarTech and AI to streamline intake, workflow, reporting, and scalable practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school/GED + 8+ years relevant experience.
- 5+ years in marketing operations, enablement, transformation/PMO, or related in complex cross-functional environments.
- 2+ years managing teams and developing talent.
- Success designing/scaling operating models (intake, prioritization, governance, templates, capacity planning, documentation) improving delivery.
- Strong analytical/operational skills with capacity models, performance reporting, data-driven decisions.
- Proven change management and adoption across stakeholders.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- MBA.
- Familiarity with marketing workflow platforms (e.g., Workfront) and process-to-tooling translation.
- Experience implementing MarTech/AI capabilities for efficiency.
- Work in fast-paced, collaborative environments and regulated industries.
