What you will do

  • Execute initiatives to exceed credit goals for applications, new accounts, and credit sales across stores.
  • Coach, counsel, and train store personnel to improve credit performance and customer experience.
  • Build productive relationships with key stakeholders to drive accountability and strategic action plans.
  • Visit stores to diagnose performance issues and collect competitive market intelligence.
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure point-of-sale (POS) and in-store adherence to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement and monitor field sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management (or HS diploma and 5+ years’ experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Client Relationship/Development Management experience.
  • Experience working with C-Suite level management and delivering professional presentations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Sales experience in wireless telecommunications products and services.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Salesforce and private label sales and marketing.
