TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Supporting growth in private capital markets and identifying key growth opportunities with an accent on relationship building with senior executives. Focus on driving interest in solution demos, managing outbound campaigns, and analyzing capital markets trends.

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in-office)

Salary: $70,000 - $123,000 base salary + annual bonus, commission, and equity

What you will do

  • Support senior sales teams in identifying and pursuing key growth opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in Private Fund Solutions and share insights with clients and prospects.
  • Contact senior executives to arrange meetings and drive interest in solution demos.
  • Monitor capital markets trends and build knowledge of private markets and investor relations.
  • Manage outbound campaigns and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
  • Results-driven mindset for a performance-based environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Must be located in New York City.

  • Understanding of finance, investment management, or capital markets.
  • Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or private markets.
