Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of major corporate events, including leadership forums, executive briefings, and company milestones.
• Manage presence at key industry conferences, overseeing sponsorship activation, booth branding, and executive scheduling.
• Develop and produce proprietary thought leadership events such as hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive salons.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR to operationalize speakership proposals, develop talking points, and capture on-site content for post-event amplification.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure institutional-grade production quality.
• Define success metrics and build repeatable playbooks to ensure scalability and report ROI to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate events, specifically managing executive-level conferences in fintech or financial services.
• Must be based in or able to work in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
• Proven track record of operationalizing compelling speakership proposals and executive positioning content.
• Experience producing proprietary events beyond simple third-party logistics.
• High degree of professionalism and comfort working directly with C-suite executives and board members.
• Strong writing, budgeting, and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent events.
