What you will do

• Own a portfolio of high-priority customer relationships, ensuring financial systems are set up for insight and action.
• Advise customers on leveraging financial data for breakeven pricing, enterprise profitability, and loan readiness.
• Build repeatable processes, documentation, and automated workflows to contribute to a scalable service model.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales to grow customer relationships over time.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to influence new features based on customer needs.
• Run substantive customer business reviews to help producers make forward-looking operational decisions.

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, FP&A, or consulting with a solid understanding of financial statements.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a patient, trust-building approach.
• Curiosity about or direct experience working with agricultural producers or rural businesses.
• Must be based in the United States.
