What you will do

• Manage day-to-day social media operations for 15+ clients on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Develop and plan social media posts aligned with strategic goals for album and tour cycles to drive fan engagement.
• Ensure consistency of the artist's voice and vision across all digital platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and research trends to inform and optimize posting plans.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners for content creation and campaign execution.
• Optimize creative assets to fit the specific requirements of each social media platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing social media for artists, bands, or brands with large followings.
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for artist requests.
• Proficiency in editing short-form video using TikTok/Instagram in-app tools and CapCut.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for creating simple one-sheets or editing .psd layouts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in the music industry.
