Location: Vancouver campus and Okanagan campus (Kelowna), Canada
Salary: $6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, PPC/paid social, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and influencer campaigns to generate awareness and engagement with prospective students.
- Oversee digital campaigns budget, negotiate with agencies/contractors, and report on expenditures and outcomes.
- Plan and execute social media strategies, maintain platforms, monitor engagement, and train stakeholders on trends and best practices.
- Create content including photography, video, graphics for social/digital campaigns, ensuring adherence to standards and accessibility.
- Act as project manager for campaigns, research trends in higher education recruitment, and provide analytics-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline and minimum three years of related experience or equivalent.
- Experience in digital marketing best practices including social media, digital advertising, copywriting, lead generation, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat).
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools, SEO/SEM, branding, and graphic identity systems.
- Strong organizational, project/time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure, with attention to detail and cultural sensitivity for international recruitment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of policies and post-secondary recruitment.
- Video shooting/editing skills, international experience, second language.
- Experience with student/community recruitment or in higher education.
