What you will do

• Audit site health, speed, and rendering to deliver immediate technical SEO improvements.
• Resolve technical debt to ensure search engines can efficiently crawl, index, and prioritize content.
• Analyze competitor gaps and user intent to win SERP features and capture the customer journey.
• Support optimization for AI-driven search experiences (ChatGPT, Google AI Mode) using structured data and entity best practices.
• Partner with developers and product managers to ensure new features are search-friendly and balanced with UX.
• Track KPIs and build performance dashboards using BigQuery, Databricks, Tableau, and Domo.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO focusing on organic growth.
• Proficiency in front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) and how back-end systems affect search rankings.
• Advanced knowledge of sitemaps, canonical tags, and page rendering.
• Experience with Semrush, Profound, BigQuery, and BI tools.
• Experience working within professional development frameworks like Agile or Kanban.
• Must be based in the USA.
