100% remote worldwide with support for remote team members. Must be available 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

Starting base pay $15–$35 per hour (California, New York, Washington, Colorado); varies outside based on experience, location, and other factors.

What you will do

• Conduct deep SEO research and R&D on algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging technologies.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits, identify issues, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, topical authority, and search intent analysis.
• Create and optimize 301 redirects, sitemaps, title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data.
• Collaborate on technical SEO including schema, internal linking, site speed, and server optimizations.
• Develop local SEO strategies and use heatmap analysis, session recordings for user behavior optimization.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Availability for 40 hours/week, 9am-6pm PST.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices: site architecture, tags, coding, site speed, link building.
• Experience with AI-based SEO: keyword clustering, content optimization, search intent using ML/NLP tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for SEO workflows and analytics.
• Hands-on with Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, WebCEO for audits, rank tracking, competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS; basic web copywriting and design knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills, time management, and adaptability in multicultural environment.
