What you will do

• Craft and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences, adapting to SEO trends and algorithm updates.
• Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions to ensure seamless experiences and maximize account potential.
• Lead, mentor, and manage an SEO team by setting goals and KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Run technical SEO audits and optimizations to improve website architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness; coordinate with web development teams on implementation.
• Partner with content teams on keyword research, SEO-friendly content optimization, and aligning content strategy with search intent.
• Educate clients on strategic directions and decisions and apply industry knowledge to improve recommendations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Experience analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across multiple clients and partner relationships.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
