Salary: $90,000-$95,000 per year plus performance bonus of up to 10%

What you will do
- Craft and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences, adapting to SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions to ensure seamless experiences and maximize account potential.
- Lead, mentor, and manage an SEO team by setting goals and KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
- Run technical SEO audits and optimizations to improve website architecture, speed, and mobile responsiveness; coordinate with web development teams on implementation.
- Partner with content teams on keyword research, SEO-friendly content optimization, and aligning content strategy with search intent.
- Educate clients on strategic directions and decisions and apply industry knowledge to improve recommendations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Experience analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across multiple clients and partner relationships.
- Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
