What you will do

• Lead sales and territory management for wirehouse-affiliated financial advisors.
• Generate new advisor relationships and deepen existing partnerships to maximize Net New Assets (NNA).
• Partner with advisors to streamline their practices and shift toward fee-based, advisory models.
• Deliver high-impact presentations on investment philosophy at complex-level meetings and regional conferences.
• Coordinate with internal product specialists and client relationship teams to support complex advisor needs.
• Act as a coach and mentor to junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Extensive track record in Financial Services, specifically within External Wholesaling or Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred.
• Established Wirehouse relationships (Merrill, MS, UBS, Wells) within Florida and/or Puerto Rico.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required (SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within 12 weeks of hire).
• Not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship.
• Deep conviction in evidence-based investing and ability to champion academic-rooted philosophy.
