What you will do

• Lead employer-informed program discovery, academic consultation, and workforce strategy across nursing programs.
• Oversee Nursing Healthcare Center of Excellence team, ensuring alignment with employer needs and program scalability.
• Serve as clinical and academic expert on standards, compliance, accreditation, and workforce outcomes monitoring.
• Design faculty development initiatives for practice-ready nursing education and curriculum innovation.
• Build relationships with healthcare employers, universities, and partners to align academic and workforce goals.
• Contribute to innovation, research, and transformation in nursing workforce development.

Requirements

• Terminal Degree in Nursing or Master’s in Nursing/Healthcare with terminal degree in related field
• 5-10 years leadership experience managing nursing education programs
• 5+ years in academic outcomes monitoring, regulatory/accreditation processes, and program quality
• 5+ years supporting or delivering online prelicensure nursing programs
• Active Registered Nurse license in state of residence
• Ability to travel up to 25 percent
