Salary: £100,000–£115,000

What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for high-quality, impactful educational research.
- Lead and oversee the company's research functions as a member of the management board.
- Manage research services for clients from initial project implementation to closure.
- Drive growth by identifying opportunities and leading the development of competitive bids and proposals.
- Implement emerging technologies in research while maintaining high academic rigor.
Requirements
- Relevant PhD and an established track record of thought leadership.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative psychometrics and research design.
- Advanced data analytical skills and competence with statistical techniques and software.
- Senior leadership experience managing research teams and large-scale projects end-to-end.
- Right to work in the UK (the company is not licensed to offer sponsorship).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML applications in assessment or education.
- Familiarity with automated scoring systems and adaptive testing algorithms.
- Experience working with large-scale data environments and digital assessment platforms.
