What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day CRO and experimentation execution, including A/B tests, personalization, and journey tests across partner microsites.
  • Own the testing backlog by identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, and building no-code tests in web experimentation platforms.
  • Analyze web/journey analytics and behavioral signals (drop-offs, rage clicks) to diagnose UX issues and design meaningful tests.
  • Collaborate with SEO, UX, Content, Creative, and Analytics teams to align optimization efforts with brand guidelines.
  • Implement personalization use cases, including audience segmentation and next-best-action recommendations.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate the testing process from ideation to measurement and scaling.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in digital web optimization, CRO, UX, and growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and journey experiments at scale.
  • Expert-level proficiency with GA4 web analytics.
  • Proficiency with Optimizely and FullStory.
  • Proven ability to translate behavioral data and UX heuristics into actionable business insights.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-site or multi-brand ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with ML-driven optimization and personalization platforms.
  • Experience partnering with development teams on build, execution, and QA.
  • Background in higher education or lead generation environments.
