Senior Technical Product Manager (API & Agentic AI)

Location: United States - Remote. For candidates based in the Austin metro area, this is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.

Salary: $141,000–$203,000 annual base salary, with potential variable compensation, equity, and benefits according to local policies.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Feedonomics’ programmatic access layer, including catalog management, data transformation, and import/export APIs.
• Define API capabilities and improve developer experience across authentication, error handling, rate limits, and documentation.
• Lead product definition for a conversational AI assistant that enables natural-language catalog and channel actions.
• Define MCP, CLI, and other tools for AI agents and LLM-powered workflows, including schemas, capability descriptions, and safety guardrails.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer support to plan, deliver, validate, and demonstrate iterative product releases.
• Conduct market research, analyze product metrics, and communicate strategy and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning platform, API, or developer-facing products.
• Experience defining and shipping API products or developer tools used by external integrators.
• Strong knowledge of e-hirify.global platforms, advertising channels, marketplaces, PIM, ERP, and OMS systems.
• Technical orientation with practical understanding of API design, authentication, rate-limit strategy, data pipelines, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with MCP, LLM function calling, agent SDKs, agent orchestration, and tool-enabled AI workflows.
• Excellent analytical, written, oral, cross-functional communication, and product planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Experience using AI agents with tool or function calling to complete real workflows.
