What you will do

• Guide customers and partners through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans.
• Build custom onboarding plans based on customer needs and service offerings.
• Consult and assist with hirify.global roll outs in existing customer environments and infrastructure.
• Resolve implementation issues via email or remote web sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and knowledge base authors to provide effective solutions.
• Execute migration and configuration tasks hands-on in customer environments when applicable.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in a client-facing SaaS onboarding role.
• Fluent English (written and oral) is required.
• Strong project and account management skills.
• Foundational understanding of OAuth, SCIM API, MDM, and Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP).
• Experience with SSO protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Possession of a logical approach to problem solving and moderate infrastructure knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce account management and automation.
• Understanding of Office365 / G-Suite administration.
• Knowledge of Networking & Authentication, specifically RADIUS.
• Associates degree.
