Location: Remote (Canhirify.global)

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 OTE CAD

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and high-quality launches.
• Design and configure logic-based workflows and Generative AI experiences tailored to client business objectives.
• Implement integrations with CRMs (Salesforce), eCommerce platforms (Shopify), authentication providers (Okta), and custom APIs.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices on leveraging hirify.global to design scalable user journeys.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share implementation insights and shape product direction.
• Develop training materials and supporting documentation to enable successful client adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting or professional services, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in Canhirify.global.
• Technical proficiency with APIs and the ability to troubleshoot complex data flows.
• Experience integrating tools such as Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of conditional logic, decision trees, and automation flows.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence VP-level stakeholders.

• Experience implementing Generative AI solutions or CX automation tools.
