Location: Must reside in Missouri and live within a commutable distance of Northwest Missouri State University (NWMSU). This is a remote role requiring extensive travel (75%) across the Kansas City Metro area, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.

What you will do

  • Market online advanced healthcare degree programs to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and community colleges in Missouri.
  • Develop and manage a territory to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
  • Organize and facilitate approximately 15 recruiting events and information sessions per month.
  • Establish new B2B partnerships with hospital leaders and administrators throughout the state.
  • Utilize social media tools and marketing campaigns to expand recruiting efforts and reach new audiences.
  • Monitor regional and national workforce trends to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of sales or healthcare industry experience.
  • Must reside in Missouri and be within a commutable distance of NWMSU.
  • Ability to travel extensively (75%) throughout the assigned territory.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • 2 years of experience specifically in hospital or healthcare sales.
  • Experience with brand promotion and lead generation activities in a local market.
  • Basic reporting and data organization skills.
