What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to drive culture and proactively manage the impact of organizational change.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance improvement, employee relations (ER) issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Execute high-impact annual P&C programs including compensation planning and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement and drive adoption of HR programs across the organization.
  • Support the integration of acquired businesses across the APAC region.
  • Analyze HR data to provide management with compelling, data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in People & Culture within a large, complex matrix organization.
  • Hands-on experience leading annual P&C cycles (performance, compensation, and engagement).
  • Current knowledge of Australian Government Fair Work requirements and employment law.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ability to work from Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.
