Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

• Capture and translate user needs into business and functional requirements for product development and improvement.
• Lead end-to-end collection, analysis, and documentation of user needs, including user stories, story maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with users, product teams, and owners to prioritize backlogs.
• Support agile teams by refining requirements and ensuring traceability and acceptance criteria.
• Provide expert consultation on complex projects, aligning technology with business needs.
• Analyze functional and technical documents to identify business implications.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years as business systems analyst, product analyst, or similar in technical/mission-driven environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of NIST RMF processes, cybersecurity programs, and federal governance.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal, defense, or mission-driven organizations.
• Familiarity with user-centered design, usability testing, and UX strategy.
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe Practitioner, or CSPO.
• Knowledge of SDLC and system integration principles.
